Once again it is Friday, garbage day for our street. Once again I am completely awe-struck at the poor customer service and arrogance of our city employees. I suppose I should not be surprised that our collection service is even worse after complaining about your men not picking up our garbage over a month ago.

You can all pat yourselves on the back and be relieved that our family will completely quit using your services. We will take our refuse to the landfill and dispose of it ourselves.
