I can’t believe the opposition to this casino. After all the money that has gone elsewhere after we refused it several years back, we still can’t comprehend what has happened.

I can’t believe we need to know the exact location or the manager when we don’t even know if we have casino gambling approved yet. If I was a business owner and people had to know where I would build it or who will manage it, I would probably go elsewhere.

Think of the jobs, tourism (visitors) and other business that could come because of this. If we turn this down again this time, all I have to say about Cedar Rapids is, here’s your sign.
