Here is Iowa’s release on its 2013 recruiting class, with bios and breakdowns:
Seems like a fairly average class but who knows? After the infamous 2005 class I’ve given up hope on trying to figure out recruiting. This class will probably end up like most. A few will be great, some will play a lot, a few will get injured, a few won’t play much and a few will leave.
Other than at WR I don’t see a freshman coming in and playing a ton.
The list of the top 50 schools in recruiting came out today and Iowa was nowhere to be seen. This doesn’t bode well for future Iowa football. Iowa has to do better in getting class recruits than just the average recruit if they want to be a conssistent power in the Big Ten. Enough mediocrity already!!
