Restrict freedoms of horse shooter

The person who shot the horses last week (near Swisher) is a menace. He should have no driver’s license, no gun, no freedom. Clearly, he has shown that he doesn’t deserve these things. Anyone who harms or kills helpless animals is a danger to the community.
Please don’t slap him on the wrist. Lock him away.
