I don’t understand why there is so much resistance to getting a casino in our city.

Every casino in our area has bus tours and visitors from all over the state and from our bordering states. It’s not just about gambling, but folks like to visit our city and the surrounding area for sports and festivals and to enjoy the activities, such as Amana Colonies, Sutliff bridge, Lake Macbride and just have a fun time.

A lot of local charities and businesses will surely benefit from having a local casino. I’m for voting “yes” for our city.
