Snowmobile driver killed in crash near Anamosa

Second fatal snowmobile accident of the weekend

A snowmobile driver was killed after colliding with a truck on Highway 151 near Anamosa Sunday evening.

Authorities at the scene said one person died in the crash. That person’s name has not been released.

The Iowa State Patrol is still investigating the crash.

This is the second fatal snowmobile crash of the weekend. On Friday, 21 year-old Aaron Greif of Central City was killed after hitting a field fence while riding near Coggon.
