A former University of Iowa student accused of robbing a convenient store in December 2011 pleaded guilty Monday morning and is scheduled to be sentenced March 11.

Jonathan T. Bogaard, 22, is accused of robbing the L&M Might Shop, 504 E. Burlington St., on Dec. 14, 2011, while wearing a ski mask and displaying a knife to the clerk, according to police. He fled the store with between $200 and $250 from the register, officers reported.

He was charged with several felonies, including first-degree robbery, first-degree theft, and assault with a weapon. Details of the plea agreement aren’t known.
