Firing with no reason without union protection

The Iowa Supreme Court’s ruling upholding the firing of a dental assistant for being too attractive again proves that unless you have union representation or can prove you were fired because you were a member of a legally “protected class,” you can be fired in Iowa for a “good reason, a bad reason, or no reason at all.” And now, add “absurd.”
