Football frustration

One of the challenges of photographing football is that, unlike other sports, in football there are do-overs. A penalty can force the replay of a down. The Cyclones faked a field goal on a fourth down and attempted to throw for a touchdown but instead the pass was intercepted. A penalty was called and fourth down was replayed and Iowa State kicked that time. These were some of my favorite images to the game but there is nothing to really do with them but post them to the blog since the penalty rendered them irrelevant.

A gallery of my images from the 2012 Liberty Bowl can be seen here.
