For nearly 100 minutes on Dec. 13, it was 100 percent Christmas.

Iowa City’s Englert Theater hosted the “Festival of Carols” with performances celebrating the holiday season. Among the many musical groups participating include the Old Capitol Chorus, Sisters of Song, fire manipulator Cory Hanson, The Feralings, Iowa City Girls Choir and Megan Gogerty reading Twas the Night Before Christmas, accompanied by pianist Arlen J. Ottmar.
