On Dec. 4, I had the opportunity to attend the “Cirque Dreams Holidaze” show at the newly remodeled Paramount Theatre.

Kudos to the teams that brought about the fantastic looking theater and kudos to all of those involved in the production of the Holidaze show. The performers were very talented while the staging of the props, costumes and music was nothing short of great. A perfect venue for Cedar Rapids to host the arts.

Please bring back more productions, such as this Cirque Dreams production, and for more than one night, as the show appeared to be sold out or very close to it.
