CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – Ron Ottaway, a 75-year-old triathlete, has worked his way back from a fractured hip to run in yet another Hawaii Ironman event just this October.

He finished second in his age division, despite the physical adversity he faced.

KCRG-TV9 Sports Director John Campbell caught up with the Cedar Rapids native to talk about his journey back and what it takes to be a triathlete.
