Cedar Rapids-based startup RecBob to host 1st year celebration

Hiawatha even will be Wednesday

Cedar Rapids-based tech start-up RecBob will celebrate their one year anniversary with an activities point challenge at the Eastern Iowa Sports Complex in Hiawatha. The event, on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m., will feature dodgeball, foosball and other competitive games for a grand prize drawing.

RecBob is an app for adult recreational sports leagues, which assists teams with scheduling, equipment rentals and other related tasks.

Co-founder and CEO John Schnipkowiet said: “Now it’s time to take fun to the next level.”
