AMES – The Iowa State University Foundation has named a new president, officials said Tuesday.

Roger J. Neuhaus is currently senior vice president for development and university campaigns at the University of Arizona Foundation. He will begin as president of the ISU Foundation on Jan. 23. Neuhaus and his wife Theresa are both natives of Dubuque.

The foundation’s board of directors approved Neuhaus’ appointment, officials said.

Before joining the University of Arizona Foundation, Neuhaus served in fundraising positions at Verde Valley Medical Center in Arizona and at the Finley Hospital and Loras College, both in Dubuque.
