CR casino license would be unfair

Well, I see Cedar Rapids wants a casino after seeing what a casino will do for a city — more jobs, millions in tax money. Look at Dubuque with two casinos; it is a very busy community.

Cedar Rapids voted down a casino years back. It should not get a license to have a casino, as it would not be fair to Riverside, Waterloo and Dubuque, which built after Cedar Rapids chose not to have one.
