The location for our (proposed)new casino is very important to ensure its success for the Cedar Rapids area.

It must have great access, ease of entry and exit; be located near, but not in, the metro area; and be large enough to provide all the necessary amenities to maximize the results desired. My recommended site would have Highway 30 and Interstate 380 to draw from. Very convenient.

Parking is all important as is the total area that could provide more than other casinos in the area.

What’s the recommended location? The developers of this venture should consider buying the entire Hawkeye Downs facility. It meets or exceeds all the criteria stated above.
