Tickets on sale for Grapple at the Garden

The “Grapple at the Garden” will be the first amateur wrestling event at the famous sports venue Madison Square Garden in New York City. Tickets for the event are officially on sale, and start for as low as $20.
The University of Iowa will participate in the event scheduled for Dec. 16, facing Bucknell and Hofstra.
“International wrestling has had some very strong events in New York City and now it’s exciting to see collegiate wrestling on the big stage in the Big Apple,” Hawkeyes Coach Tom Brands said in a news release. “It’s a historic event and we’re pretty excited to be a part of it.”
