Police identify victim in fatal Coralville crash

Coralville police have identified the victim of a one car accident that left a 25-year-old man dead early Sunday morning.

Coralville Police Chief Barry Bedford said Josh Wagner, 25, of Cedar Rapids, was killed when he was ejected from his car during an accident on Interstate 380 near exit 80 on on Sunday, Sept. 16.

Bedford said Wagner was the only person in the car at the time of the accident, and no other cars were involved.  He added the cause remains under investigation and the department would likely have to wait for toxicology results before determining what lead to the crash.
