Wow, look who’s joining us for the weekly Thursday noon live chat!

That’s right, it’s none other than a photo of Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge.

The actual woman formerly known as Kate Middleton has no interest whatsoever in joining us for a half-hour discussion on the UNI-Iowa game or anything else having to do with college football. And I’m not going to ask her a second time.

But that’s OK, because it opens up more space for the rest of you. So drop what you’re doing and join me right here at high noon for football talk and high tea. Or in my case, high diet soda.
