We're in HD here now, like the rest of the world. Thanks to the Gazette machine for working through this rather quickly. I think it's worth it, and I hope you do, too.

Fifth-year senior cornerback Greg Castillo downed a punt at NIU's 1, a whole the Huskies failed to climb out of. This gave Iowa the ball at NIU's 24 and that eventually turned into the game-winning TD.

Offensive tackle Brandon Scherff talks about the process of learning on the job.

Iowa linebacker James Morris talks about some of the ups and downs for Iowa's defense in the Hawkeyes' 18-17 win.

Center James Ferentz talks about some of the clean up Iowa will have to get to from week 1 to week 2, which is, oh yeah, Iowa State.

Iowa QB James Vandenberg talks about Iowa's red zone woes against the Huskies. Third-and-longs killed the Hawkeyes, who scored three field goals on four trips inside NIU's 20. Also, he talks about Iowa's game-winning play and RB Damon Bullock.

Iowa DE Dominic Alvis said Iowa's defense played "dead" in the first half. He knows that can't happen against Iowa State.

Senior CB Micah Hyde says Iowa is downplaying any talk of "revenge" against Iowa State this week. He also talks about corner-mate Greg Castillo and the defense's effort against NIU. Again, can't have a start like NIU against ISU.

Iowa RB Damon Bullock credits the O-line for his 150 yards against NIU. He also touches on the TD run. He thought it would be a pass play on a third-and-9. He also is asked about 30 carries against the Huskies.
