Zero Energy Systems, a developer of proprietary building systems for commercial and residential concrete construction, has broken ground on a new $7.5 million, 45,000 square foot facility and is hosting a ceremony to celebrate the project on Tuesday, September 18, 2012, at 3:00 p.m. The event will be held onsite at the new location, 428 Westcore Drive in Coralville, Iowa.

Lieutenant Governor of Iowa Kim Reynolds, Iowa Economic Development Authority Director Debi Durham, and city and business leaders, will be present at the event to comment about the project and its significance to the region.
