Good choice on the beer there, Marc. O’so has a decent summer beer too called the The Big O, good boating brew. You should also try some from Dave’s Brew Farm and Central Waters, worth your time.
I’m thinking Barkley Hill will be the guy eventually, but I like what Garmon could bring too. Kind of a pseudo Arob/Wegher thing there possibly. What’s the word on Dawson, he’s kind of the unknown back, but seems to have potential.
The O-line should be a rock once Big Ten play opens up IMO. Scherff and Blythe will have a great season barring injury, even Van Sloten looks solid; very excited for this group. Now if only the Pack could find a LT, then I’d be really happy with line play for my teams..
I’ve not seen The Big O. Need to check that out. I love most everything I’ve had from O’So.
Pack LT has me kind of worried.
Agreed, pretty solid brewery overall. Big O is kind of like mixing New Glarus Totally Naked & Lakefront Cream City Ale together, but crisper. Not anything I’d feel compelled to buy all the time, but optimal for a summer day. Along with Sprecher Black Bavarian, New Glarus Dancing Man Wheat, and Lakefront Wisconsinite, and some Big Bay Brewing beers my fridge is nicely stocked
I’m wondering if the Pack pull the trigger and shop the market a bit, just to have a body; dangerously thin there.
