It happened to him as a rookie with the Miami Dolphins in 2010, and it’s happened to him this week with the Indianapolis Colts.

Linebacker A.J. Edds of Iowa suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament in training camp and will miss the season. Edds tore the ACL in his left knee on Sunday. Two years ago, it was his right knee.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers Coach Greg Schiano had warm words for Bucs tight end Dallas Clark in this tbo.com story.

“I’m really excited to have Dallas on our club,” Schiano said. “Not only how well he’s performed so far, but the leadership, maturity, all those things that he brings. I think he’s going to be a key part of what we do.”
