Flags installed on the First, Second and Third Avenue bridges have been marked with the name of the veteran whose coffin the flag was draped over.
More than 100 flags were installed for Memorial Day weekend on Thursday, May 24, 2012, in Cedar Rapids.
The flags were all previously draped over veterans' coffins and donated to be flown on the bridge, and will be flown again over July 4 and Veterans' Day.
