Cohn-Fifield, Marjorie
TODDVILLE - Marjorie Cohn-Fifield, 85, of Marion, formerly of Toddville, died Thursday, Sept. 23, 2010, at Willow Gardens Care Center, Marion, after a brief illness. Graveside services: 1:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 27, at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery, Cedar Rapids, with the Rev. Mark Halverson officiating. Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include her children, Larry Cohn (Pam) of Springville, Roland Massow (Sylvia) of Robins and Susan Godley of Las Vegas, N.V.; sister, Joan Foster (Clifford) of Mesa, Ariz.; seven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and husbands, Clyde Cohn and Raymond Fifield.
Marjorie Charlene Hamilton was born May 24, 1925, in Iowa Falls, Iowa, the daughter of Charles and Emma (Tjarks) Hamilton. Marj “Big Red” worked as a cook in the Marion school district for 30 years.
She will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew her.
