Police said a second person has been arrested in connection with a robbery last October where the victim was tied up in a bathroom.

Ronald C. Thomas, 27, of 5560 Sixth St. SW, was arrested Wednesday on warrants for second-degree robbery and second-degree theft. He and another man are accused of taking electronics from 1261 First Ave. SE, No. 12, on Oct. 23.

Lazarick M. Pearce, 30, address unknown, was arrested Nov. 11 in connection with a home invasion at 110 16th St. NE. He was later charged with second-degree robbery for the Oct. 23 incident.

The victim, Matthew Harnhart, 24, told police he was followed into his apartment by two or three men, who then tied him up. Police said the men stole electronics valued at $2,010.

Thomas and Pearce were still in custody Friday at the Linn County Jail. Bond was set at $33,500 for Thomas and $21,500 for Pearce.
