CEDAR RAPIDS – Police are investigating a robbery at the ChecKing Payday Advance at 600 Blairs Ferry Road.

Police spokeswoman Cristy Hamblin said two men in dark clothing robbed the business around 2 p.m. Wednesday. They did take some cash, but investigators are not yet saying how much money they took.

The clerk was the only person in the store, no injuries were reported.

The robbers entered through the front and left through the back. Officials are hoping surveillance video will help them better identify the men.

An investigation is ongoing.
