MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) – A Collierville couple’s You Tube video of a snake crawling onto the windshield of their van at highway speed is getting clicks on the Internet.

“Snake on Car” was posted July 17 and more than 26,000 people have viewed the confused reptile slithering out from under the hood and crawling across the windshield and the driver side mirror before falling off.

Tony Fisher told WMC-TV the snake came straight up from the left side of the hood.

Rachel Fisher was driving on a Shelby County boulevard when it happened last week.

On the video shot by Tony Fisher, the couple can be heard trying to decide what to do about it.

The snake took the initiative, crawling around to the driver’s door and falling to the highway.
