Combine day 3

Today, the speakers are D-linemen and linebackers, but there are a few stragglers at wide receiver and quarterback.
A wide receiever from Cincinnati sits at a table as we speak. The biggest carryover from Friday's session will be Auburn quarterback Cam Newton. Questions for the embattled Heisman and national title QB will likely center on the NFL and where he thinks he might go rather than what might've gone on in the whole money thing.
Those questions will come for Newton, and maybe they will today. But NFL teams will want to have some sort of checkmark for him in the character category.
Adrian Clayborn will be the featured Hawkeye today. Watch for his right arm, the one affected by the Erb's Palsy had suffered when he was born, to be a possible topic.
This is a big weekend for Iowa DL Christian Ballard, who, with a good time in the 40-yard dash, could make a leap into the late first round, according to Matt Bowen, a former Hawkeye and NFL safety who now writes for the National Football Post.
Iowa DL Karl Klug will do most of his speaking in drills. He'll likely make the switch in the NFL from DT to DE. Does he have the quickness? What will he measure in at?
Iowa LB Jeremiha Hunter will have a knee checked out heavily today. He injured it late last season and it took him out of a game or two.
But no matter what happens, all of the Iowa contingent will have a better combine than St. Louis Rams scout Luke Driscoll.
