Police are investigating a bank robbery in northeast Cedar Rapids.

Police are looking for a man who they say robbed the Wells Fargo Bank at 3570 1st Avenue NE.

Lt. Kenneth Washburn of the Cedar Rapids Police Department said a man walked into the bank around 2 p.m. and demanded money but did not display a weapon. Washburn said the suspect got away with an undisclosed amount of money.

Investigators say no one was hurt in the robbery and police squad units are circling the neighborhood. Police have also blocked driveways leading to the bank.
