CR man faces OWI after crashing car with three kids inside

Cedar Rapids police arrested a man after he rolled his car with three kids inside. It happened just before five o'clock Sunday night on Interstate 380 near the H Avenue and Coldstream exit.
Police arrested 41-year-old Jeffrey Benton of Cedar Rapids for drunken driving and child endangerment. The three kids had minor injuries.
