A 14-year old and his parents face charges after a sexual abuse investigation in Oelwein.
The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office says an investigation taking several days turned up possible abuse of an underage girl.
Harley Bushaw, 14, is charged with third degree sexual abuse, a felony. His parents, Lynda and Cody Bushaw, face child endangerment charges.
